About the Job

Located by the shores of Lake Lindesjön in the beautiful Bergslagen region, Linde Maskiner has been operating since 1853. More than half of all heavy-duty trucks manufactured in Europe contain sheet metal components from Linde Maskiner. We work with sheet metal ranging from a few millimeters up to 25 mm in thickness. We perform automatic pressing, laser cutting, hydraulic pressing, welding, and assembly. We are your partner for almost everything related to sheet metal.

At our workplace, you will find an environment that values development and a strong corporate culture. We operate based on our three core values: we drive, we collaborate, and we take responsibility. This means we include one another, show consideration, take ownership of our processes, and work together to increase engagement and development.

We are currently looking for a Laser Operator for our production team.

In the role of Laser Operator, you will work closely with our laser cutting machines, responsible for keeping production running efficiently and with high quality standards. The work is practical and involves handling materials before, during, and after machine operation.

Responsibilities
  • Loading material into laser cutting machines

  • Removing and sorting parts after operation

  • Ensuring produced parts meet quality standards

  • Deburring and simple quality measurements

  • Material handling and forklift operation

  • Basic programming and machine adjustments

  • Preventive maintenance and daily inspection of machines

We are looking for someone who is technically interested and has a good understanding of industrial processes. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have a structured working style. You take responsibility for your work and find it easy to collaborate with others, while also being able to work independently.

You thrive in a production environment where the pace is sometimes high and where problem-solving is a natural part of everyday life.

The work is scheduled Monday to Friday in a 2-shift system.

Requirements for the position:

  • Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Forklift license, minimum class A and B

  • Experience in industrial work, preferably in sheet metal processing

  • Technical understanding and experience reading blueprints

Advantageous:

  • Experience with laser cutting

  • Knowledge of CNC-controlled machines

  • Experience with programming in laser systems (e.g., Trumpf, Bystronic, or similar)

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Please note that we are conducting ongoing selection, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

We look forward to receiving your application!
